Hi, I’m Alison Seaton. I’ve been in the health & wellness space for 20+ years. From Day 1, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people recover from both acute and chronic pain through a variety of different modalities. Holistic wellness has transformed my life and it can do the same for you too!

What exactly is Ashiatsu?
Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique where the therapist delivers deep, broad pressure using their feet and body weight. This type of massage allows therapists to work WITH gravity instead of against it, allowing them to go deeper into the fascia and muscles with less pain and intensity than you’d experience in a normal deep tissue massage.
What should I expect at my first massage or Ashiatsu session?
We’ll initially take some time to talk about what’s going on in your body that led you here. You’ll have some time to undress to whatever degree you feel comfortable. Then, I’ll get down to work releasing tension in your body. Based upon how your body feels, we’ll create a plan to help you get rid of as much chronic or acute pain as possible.
How often should I get a massage or Ashiatsu?
That depends on you, your body, and your goals. If you’re coming in due to significant pain, the more frequently we work together, the sooner we’ll be able to alleviate some of that tension. Clients normally come in weekly for 8-16 weeks before beginning a maintenance schedule.
How much are your sessions?
Massages are $150 for 60-minutes or $200 for 90-minutes. Ashiatsu is $200 for a 90-minute session. Pilates is $105 per session. Yoga classes vary depending on location.

You’ll find me at 106 Mission Court, Suite 904 in Franklin TN. Once you pull into the office complex, I’m in the 2nd building from the very far right.
